How it goes
1. Plans & walkthrough
We go through your drawings and walk the lot — access, grade, trees, snow shed and where a truck can actually get to.
2. Written estimate
An itemized number by stage, so you can see what each phase of the house costs before anything is ordered.
3. Shell
Framing, roof, windows and siding — getting the house dried in so the interior can go on regardless of weather.
4. Finish & walk
Interior trim, doors, stairs and built-ins, then a punch walk together before it is called done.

Can one contractor really build the whole house?+
That is exactly what a Class B general building licence is for. California issues it to contractors who take on projects involving two or more unrelated trades — which is the legal description of a house.
Do you build ADUs and additions?+
Yes. An ADU or an addition is residential construction with the same shell-and-finish sequence as a house, just at a smaller scale.
Do you take on commercial buildings?+
No. Homes only. That is a deliberate choice, not a limitation of the licence.
