Meraz Home Builders Inc is a residential general contractor working in Truckee and Lake Tahoe. Framing, carpentry, siding, decks, interior finish, reconstruction — and new houses from the ground up.
The licence is a California CSLB Class B — General Building Contractor. That is the classification the state issues for projects involving two or more unrelated trades, which is the legal way of describing a house.
Residential work only. Not because of the licence — a Class B covers plenty more — but because homes are the work this company wants, and a house built by someone who would rather be doing something else is not worth having.
The whole job can be run in Spanish or in English — the walkthrough, the estimate, the schedule and the daily questions.
