Do you do commercial work?+
No. This company builds and remodels homes only — houses, additions and residential remodels. Commercial buildings and retail build-outs are not what we take on.
Are you licensed?+
Yes — a California CSLB Class B licence, which is the General Building Contractor classification. That is the licence the state requires to take on a project involving two or more unrelated trades, which is what a house is.
Can you build a whole house from the ground up?+
Yes. A Class B general building licence is specifically the licence for ground-up residential construction, and framing, siding and interior finish — the trades this company works in every day — are the bulk of what building a house actually is.
Do you speak Spanish?+
Yes. Spanish is the owner's first language, and the whole job — the walkthrough, the estimate, the schedule and the daily questions — can be run in Spanish start to finish.
