Do you do commercial work?+
No. Houses only — new homes, additions and residential remodels. Commercial buildings and retail build-outs are not what we take on.
Can you build a whole house, or only part of it?+
The whole thing. A CSLB Class B general building licence is the licence California issues for ground-up residential construction, and framing, siding and interior finish — the trades worked here every day — are most of what building a house actually is.
Are you licensed?+
Yes — CSLB #1124981 · Class B, the General Building Contractor classification. That is the licence the state requires to run a project involving two or more unrelated trades, which is what a house is. You can look the number up on the California Contractors State License Board register.
Do you speak Spanish?+
Yes. Spanish is the owner's first language. The walkthrough, the estimate, the schedule and the daily questions can all run in Spanish, start to finish.
What does an estimate cost?+
Nothing. Send photos and a description of what you want built and you get a written number back — no charge and no obligation.
Does the work stop for winter?+
No. Once a house is closed in there is an interior to work in, so framing, siding and finish carry on through a Sierra winter. Outside stages get scheduled around the storms instead of fought through them.
